Parents shall handover their wards to the respective
class teachers while dropping them in the school.
Parents will not be allowed into the school premises
after the first bell at 9.15 AM.
Parents are not permitted in the school corridors after
9.30 AM. Parents are requested to meet the teachers with prior appointment through the
Principal’s office.
Students will disperse at 3:00 PM. Parents/Drivers coming
to pick up their wards will not be permitted into the corridors/classrooms. They will have
to wait in the designated areas to pick up their wards.
In case of absence of child from school,the parent is expected to send a mail to school mail Id svpschool@sonatech.ac.in.
Parents can meet the Principal on all days between 11.00 AM and 12.00 noon.
Parents are informed to go through homework schedule daily, and
should ensure that the child does the home work without fail.
Parents are requested to attend the scheduled PTA
meetings without fail and involve in detailed discussion to improve their child’s progress.
Home assignments, worksheets and projects should be
submitted in proper time.
Students will not be sent with
drivers/friends/relatives/guardians in between the class hours. The parents who wish to take their wards in case of emergency during working hours need to mail to school id svpschool@sonatech.ac.in
Students who have been absent for more than a month
without permission is liable to have their names taken off the rolls and have to seek
readmission.
